How inquiry data is handled.
This covers exactly what happens when you use the contact form. Quantiviq collects nothing else about you: no analytics on personal data, no tracking pixels, no advertising.
What is collected
The fields you submit: name, email, organization, role, website, your message, preferred contact method, the chosen intent, the site language, a submission timestamp, and a generated reference ID.
Why
Solely to read and answer your inquiry. No newsletter, no marketing, no profiling, no sharing with third parties.
How long it is kept
Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you ask for earlier deletion.
Your controls
Reply to the confirmation with “delete my data” (or use the contact form referencing your submission ID) and the record is removed. You can also request a copy of what is stored.
Security posture
Submissions are validated and rate-limited server-side, stored outside the web root’s static assets, never logged with field values, and never exposed publicly. No credit card or special-category data is ever collected.
Anonymous site measurement
This site uses a self-hosted, cookieless analytics service (Umami) on our own infrastructure to count page views and aggregate events. It sets no cookies, does not build individual profiles, and never records what you type into the AI assistant, your name, email, or any message content. Only anonymous aggregate statistics are retained.
