Quantiviq is an operator-led practice, not an agency. It was built by Majid Asghari — a product and marketplace operator who spent years inside real companies, then years building production AI systems that could not afford to lie about their own state.

The two careers converge here: restructuring functions from the inside, and building the machinery an AI-native company runs on — brains, agent runtimes, routers, harnesses.

What you will not find: invented client logos, a staff roster, or claims of outcomes that were never measured. What you will find: working systems, honest negative results, and a method that starts small on purpose.
